Dana Abu-Goura

Dana Abu-Goura is a transformational educational leader and Superintendent of Beech Hall School Riyadh, bringing more than 25 years of international experience in educational leadership, school transformation, organisational development, and strategic growth across the Middle East.

Recognised for her visionary leadership and results-driven approach, Dana has led large-scale initiatives in academic excellence, school improvement, curriculum innovation, instructional leadership, digital transformation, inclusion, wellbeing, and institutional effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen the growth and development of multiple schools and educational organisations, creating high-performing learning environments centered on student success and future-ready education.

Dana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently completing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.). She is also a certified EFQM Assessor, Certified Business Growth Development Coach, and a qualified trainer in leadership, emotional intelligence, mentoring, coaching, and continuous school improvement. Her professional certifications include Quality Assurance, Management Essentials, Data-Driven School Improvement, Emotional Intelligence, and leadership development programmes affiliated with internationally recognised institutions and organisations.

A respected keynote speaker and panelist, Dana has represented educational leadership platforms and international conferences across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Taiwan, and the United States. She has contributed to conferences and forums focused on educational innovation, instructional technology, leadership transformation, wellbeing, creativity, and future-focused learning.

Dr. Reham El Shamy

Dr. Reham El Shamy is a visionary educational leader with more than 13 years of experience in international education across British, American, and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula. She brings extensive expertise in curriculum design, student achievement, educational leadership, and the development of high-quality teaching and learning practices.

Holding a Master’s degree in International Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Sunderland, Dr. Reham is also currently completing the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). 

Her strong academic background, combined with her practical leadership experience, enables her to support excellence across all aspects of school life.

Karen Follows

Head of Primary School

Karen Follows is an experienced headteacher with a proven track record of leading school improvement and raising outcomes for all pupils.

She holds a First Class Honors s degree from the University of Brighton and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Her expertise includes:

Dr. H.C. Faiza Mubeen

Director of Inclusion

Dr. Faiza Mubeen is a recognised leader in inclusive education, with over 15 years of experience across the Middle East.

She holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s in International Education Management, along with an honorary doctorate in Philosophy of Education.

As Director of Inclusion, she leads the development of inclusive practices across the school, ensuring that all students, including those with additional learning needs, receive personalised support.

Maha Al-Natour

Head of National Identity programme

Maha Al-Natour brings over 20 years of experience in education, specialising in curriculum development and national identity integration.

She holds a degree in Arabic Language and multiple certifications in educational leadership and institutional development.

Her role focuses on strengthening the school’s National Identity programme by:
